News broke over the weekend that Julie Klausner's memoir, I Don't Care About Your Band, may become a HBO series, starring Lizzy Caplan as Klausner. OK. Several things. Did you see that picture Deadline used of Caplan (see above)? Have you seen Lizzy Caplan at all? Would you like to …
This is a real movie, with Tom McCaffrey as the DJ at a rave, and former MTV VJ Matt Pinfield also involved, in this film that's executive produced by Abel Ferrara, who directed Bad Lieutenant. I'm as confused as you are. It's Happy Life. Roll it.
I'll have a longer report about the 12th annual Del Close Marathon soon enough, but perhaps the most awkward moment of DCM12 happened on Friday night, right after BASH! received a standing ovation for Blaine Swen's one-man improvised musical. Sept. 16-19, 2010. Brooklyn, New York. I'm there. Wait. I'm here already. I'm here. Let's do …
From what I hear, The Other Guys casts such a wide net into New York City that if you do not know a comedian in the film, then you do not know comedy. From what I see, this promotional clip for the movie stars star Will Ferrell as his character …
The Comedy Central Roast of David Hasselhoff taped on Sunday night in Los Angeles, and will air on Aug. 15, 2010, and to get us more interested in actually watching the darned thing, the network has produced some one-liner clips of quips from the dais. Would you like to see …
