Jeremy Elder, Cory Peter Lane, and Hunter Saling have been here before, making their Fringe debut in 2019. Which means this sketch comedy trio from Los Angeles can pack even brighter local UK references into their tightly-packed, fast-paced scenes.
Despite possessing individually unique hairstyles and outfits, the three comedians don’t seem to divide along defined roles within the trio. They play with some actual props, but many more props are left to the imagination and otherwise invisible, brought to life by sound effects — which makes it very tech-dependent (I think I developed a comedy crush on Eliza for her deft skill and playfulness with the boys on this run). Business Casual cite Mr. Show, I Think You Should Leave, and Aunty Donna as inspirations or comparative references. These three boys give it their all to keep you entertained. Even if Hammer Monkey really did almost ruin the show.
