by After a one-year absence due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Montreal’s Just For Laughs has brought back “New Faces” for 2021, if you haven’t noticed as a comedian seeing the various regional scouting showcases already.
Here’s the deal for New Faces 2021…looks like JFL has revived the traditional New Faces showcase as well as the one for “Characters” and a separate showcase for Canadians, but nothing yet announced for “Unrepped” or “Creators.”
For the first time ever, this year’s New Faces series will feature showcases taped in Montreal and Los Angeles. Each showcase will be simultaneously live streamed online and access is only possible with a ComedyPRO pass.
JFL Montreal 2021 takes place July 28-31, 2021, with events livestreamed virtually.
