Dry Bar Comedy Teams Up With Comedy Dynamics For Wider Distribution

Dry Bar Comedy has 1.4 million subscribers to its YouTube channel, established four years ago, racking up some 400 million views of stand-up clips and full specials from North American comedians.

They boast a library of more than 250 stand-up comedy specials, which you can view on YouTube, on Dry Bar’s site, or elsewhere. Amazon Prime Video lists 87 Dry Bar specials, many of them included with Prime, but some others still for rental or purchase only.

Now here comes Comedy Dynamics.

The production giant based in Burbank announced a deal this week with Dry Bar to increase distribution of the Dry Bar specials through Comedy Dynamics’ existing network, which includes a live channel on Peacock, as well as video and audio through Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Spectrum, Tubi, Samsung, Pluto TV, DirecTV, Youtube, Spotify, Sirius XM, Amazon Music, and Apple Music.

“Clean is the new dirty,” said Brian Volk-Weiss, Founder and CEO of Comedy Dynamics, “and I’m in awe of Dry Bar having the foresight to build such a precious and high quality library.”

From Keith Stubbs, Dry Bar Comedy’s president: “Viewers can trust when they watch a stand-up comedy special produced by Dry Bar, that it will be content which can be enjoyed by everyone. That’s been our guiding principle from day one. Our ever-growing library of specials feature a wide array of performances by comedians from all walks of life. We’re excited to partner with Comedy Dynamics whose expansive reach will broaden our loyal and diverse audience and introduce Dry Bar Comedy to millions of households.”
