Dave Chappelle and Joe Rogan Book Arenas for 2021 Stand-up Dates

And just like that…stand-up comedians are booking arena gigs again in 2021. Even though the COVID-19 pandemic still rages in parts of the world. Is anyone anywhere shocked that it’s Dave Chappelle and Joe Rogan booking the arenas?

Chappelle and Rogan continued performing throughout 2020, mostly taking their shows outdoors and providing rapid tests to audience members and performers — not that that stopped COVID cases from making it in the doors.

So here we are.

Live Nation sending Chappelle and Rogan into arenas in the American South later this summer.

DATES SO FAR? WHEN & WHERE

Fri Sep 03 – Nashville, TN – Bridgestone Arena @ 8:00PM 

Sat Sep 04 – New Orleans, LA – Smoothie King Center @ 8:00PM 

TICKETS: Tickets go on sale beginning Friday, June 25th at 10AM local time at ticketmaster.com. 

RULES? The ticketing rules mention recording devices but not COVID-19 protocols.

NASHVILLE 

This show is mobile only tickets. No cellphones, cameras or recording devices will be allowed at this show and masks are required. Upon arrival, all phones and smart watches will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be unlocked at the end of the show. Guests maintain possession of their phones throughout the night, and if needed, may access their phones at designated Yondr unlocking stations in the lobby. Anyone caught with a cellphone in the venue will be immediately ejected. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.

NEW ORLEANS 

This show is print at home only tickets. No cellphones, cameras or recording devices will be allowed at this show and masks are required.
