by After successfully reviving Cash Cab this month with original host Ben Bailey accompanied by celebrity cameos in his NYC taxi cab, the Discovery series has launched an online companion game show, set in an elevator.
Cash Lift, hosted by comedians Alex Weber and Zainab Johnson, who surprise hotel guests.
They’re not in the elevator themselves, but rather the comedians ask the trivia questions through a speaker, with hotel guest contestants answering as many questions as they can before reaching their floor. If they get a question wrong, they win nothing, and head back down to the lobby.
