Brian Regan logged 28 stand-up comedy performances on Late Show with David Letterman over the years, but now that Letterman is off the air, and Colbert hasn’t introduced stand-up to his program yet, the place for Regan to stop by this week was The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Besides, NBC’s 30 Rock is right across the street from Radio City Music Hall, where Regan will perform Comedy Central’s first-ever live stand-up special this Saturday night.
Consider this a tease for Regan’s new hour on Comedy Central. Among his topics on Wednesday’s Fallon: Doctor’s office waiting rooms when you’re visiting a brand-new doctor, and hair growth gone rogue.
