Reader’s Digest is searching for the next great cartoonist

Hey, kids! And by kids, I mean comedy fans who are between the ages of 14-23 and have a knack for drawing funny things!

Reader’s Digest just launched its first-ever Search for the Next Great Cartoonist. Is that you?

If so, put your pen to paper or whatever markers you use to illustrate your funnies, and then send up to five of them via JPGs and/or URLs to Reader’s Digest. Four finalists will win $500. The winner takes home $1,000. All of the top five entrants will see their cartoons in Reader’s Digest in print and online editions.

All entries must be received by noon ET on Dec. 2, 2013.
