20th anniversary reunion of “The Ben Stiller Show” coming to 2012 New York Comedy Festival

The New York Comedy Festival announced a 20th anniversary all-star reunion of the cast of The Ben Stiller Show, with Ben Stiller, Judd Apatow, Bob Odenkirk, Janeane Garofalo, Andy Dick, Jeff Kahn and Rob Cohen convening at The Paley Center for Media on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012.

Stiller’s short-lived sketch series on FOX ran for only 12 episodes in 1992, but all of the participants went on to become bigger and better comedy stars.

Festival organizers also announced today that they’d scheduled a sit-down with Denis Leary and Kate Snow to to talk about his new children’s picture book based on his song, “Merry F***in’ Christmas,” the return of the Comics To Watch program and the New York’s Funniest Stand-Up competition, and several other shows that will take place Nov. 7-11, 2012, in venues that will include Carolines, Town Hall, NYU’s Skirball Center, The Apollo, Beacon Theater, Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, UCB Chelsea, UCB East, The Creek and The Cave, The Stand, 92nd Street Y, Stage 72, Gotham Comedy Club and more.
