Starting Tuesday, Pop TV is giving its morning viewers a chance to catch up on what they may have missed if they went to bed before watching The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on CBS.
The encore broadcast airs at 9 a.m. Eastern/Pacific.
It’s another step in the Viacom/CBS merger.
Comedy Central already features early-morning repeats of The Late Late Show with James Corden at 7:35 a.m. Eastern/Pacific (after a rerun of its own late-night staple, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, at 7 a.m.).
Pop TV is best known for bringing Schitt’s Creek to American TV audiences.
