Logo TV is buttressing the the new 12th season of RuPaul’s Drag Race with a back-to-back-to-back debut of stand-up specials from three of the show’s notable queens.
Starting at 9 p.m. on March 4, 2020, and running til 1:30 a.m., Logo will air comedy specials starring Bob The Drag Queen (Season 8), Trixie Mattel (Season 7, All Stars 3) and Katya (Season 7, All Stars 2).
Katya: Help Me, I’m Dying (9 p.m. ET/PT, March 4)
- Filmed live at the Wilbur Theater in Boston, the self-proclaimed sweatiest woman in show business brings you her first ever stand-up special. Told in three acts and influenced heavily by her love of surrealism and Russia, with multiple scripted sketches and filmed segments, her unique brand of humor will have you laughing while wondering, “is she ok?”
Bob the Drag Queen: Live at Caroline’s (10:30 p.m.)
- Live from New York’s famous Caroline’s comedy club, RuPaul’s Drag Race season 8 winner Bob the Drag Queen performs a hilarious standup set filled with personal stories about his family, race, and the LGBTQ community.
Trixie Mattel: Skinny Legend (midnight)
- “Skinny Legend” is a variety show from the obscure and sometimes offensive mind of Trixie Mattel. Her fans will recognize her hit songs and classic joke styles while new viewers are in for a musical comedy adventure that only Trixie can bring to life. Don’t be fooled by her Barbie on Acid aesthetic – these jokes are not for the faint of heart.
