Nikki Glaser to host “Blind Date” reboot for Bravo

Blind Date, which first debuted in 1999 and ran for 10 syndicated seasons and 1440 episodes, is coming back, this time on Bravo.

And this time, hosted by stand-up comedian Nikki Glaser.

The Blind Date reboot on Bravo premieres Nov. 18, 2019, at 11:30 p.m.

A nod to the original format with a modernized twist to match social media trends, each half-hour episode focuses on two couples of varying ethnicity, sexual orientation and age. As each unpredictable date progresses, only time will tell if these strangers struggle to connect or find their perfect match.

Glaser, hot off of her new Netflix hour and another Comedy Central roast, provides commentary throughout each date, alongside various graphics, animations and “thought bubbles.”

Blind Date is produced by Universal Television Alternative Studio with Billy Taylor and K.P. Anderson serving as executive producers.
