Check out the lineup for 2012 Night of Too Many Stars comedy benefit

Comedy Central is bringing back its “Night of Too Many Stars” benefit fund-raiser show for 2012, with Jon Stewart returning as host.

The performance lineup so far includes Hannibal Buress, Bill Burr, Stephen Colbert, Tina Fey, Tracy Morgan, Amy Poehler and Seth Rogen — plus Bill O’Reilly from FOX News and Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello. It’ll tape Oct. 13, 2012, at the Beacon Theatre in New York City. When the special airs on Oct. 21, 2012, Comedy Central also will have live phone banks, with Fred Armisen, Andy Cohen, Jack McBrayer, Bob Saget, Jerry Seinfeld and Jason Sudeikis among those answering your phone calls to make donations.

More lineup additions are expected both for performers and phone-bank workers.

Night of Too Many Stars, 2012 edition, also will include live wrap-around coverage from The Daily Show with Jon Stewart studio in New York City, with Stewart hosting that as well.

Tickets are on sale at ticketmaster.com and beacontheatre.com. VIP Benefit tickets can be purchased by emailing nightoftoomanystars@eventassociatesinc.com.
