Bo Burnham Wins Three Emmys At Least for ‘Inside’

Bo Burnham received six Emmy nominations for his end-of-the-eligibility-period Netflix special, Inside, recorded, shot and edited all by himself in isolation in his guest house.

And he already has won three Emmys for it.

Over the weekend, the Creative Arts Emmy ceremonies bestowed him with the statues for both writing and directing of a variety special, plus outstanding music direction.

In two other categories for which he received nominations, HBO’s A Black Lady Sketch Show won for picture editing in variety programming, while Disney+’s WandaVision won for outstanding original music and lyrics for “Agatha All Day.”

Burnham will find out about the award for outstanding variety special (pre-recorded) along with live TV audiences next Sunday.

Congrats, Bo!
