TBS Announces Conan Finale For June 24, 2021

Fret not for the end of Conan, for a new chapter will come soon enough. Just not on TBS.

TBS announced the final episode of Conan O’Brien’s weeknight talk show, Conan, for June 24, 2021, ending his 11-year run at 11 p.m. Eastern/Pacific with the cable network.

But O’Brien and Team Coco already will have a full plate moving forward; not just the growing podcast network, but also a new variety series that he’ll host and oversee for HBO Max that keeps the comedy coming while also allowing the longtime late-night host to jettison the monologuing and promotional guest chats.

O’Brien, currently the longest serving late-night TV host, began his late-night run in front of the camera in 1993 with NBC’s Late Night. Along the way of 28 years and three different shows on two different networks, Team Coco has amassed four Emmy Awards and six Writers Guild Awards. His Emmy award-winning CONAN: Without Borders has visited 13 countries and his award-winning podcast “Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend” has logged more than 185 million downloads since it launched in 2018.
