Comedy films making premieres at Sundance 2020

The Sundance Film Festival has announced its programming slate for 2020. Last year, Amazon emerged as the big distributor of comedies, acquiring both Last Night and Brittany Runs A Marathon. The sublime satire Greener Grass also debuted this January in Park City, Utah. Bo Burnham’s perfect look at Eighth Grade received a Sundance 2018 premiere.

Bad Hair / U.S.A. Downhill / U.S.A.
