BET bails out of late-night talk, cancels The Rundown with Robin Thede

Welp. The Rundown with Robin Thede offered a strong, funny point-of-view you could find nowhere else on TV or streaming, complete with fun musical numbers and obligatory body rolls. And yet BET never knew what to do with what it had. AMC reinstating Chris Hardwick as Talking host

Chris Hardwick is in the clear in the eyes of AMC. The cable network announced today that Hardwick will return to its airwaves Aug. 12, 2018, as host of Talking Dead for the after-shows of The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead, following an investigation into allegations he was sexually and emotionally abusive to an ex-girlfriend.
