In a major vote of confidence, NBC is inviting you to take a closer look at Seth Meyers on New Year’s Eve. No, not Meyers’s role in the film, New Year’s Eve, but a special primetime Saturday edition of his Late Night talker. The Late Night with Seth Meyers New Year’s Eve Special will air Saturday, Dec. 31 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. A Charlie Brown Christmas premiered on CBS on Dec. 9, 1965. Fifty-one years later, Nickelodeon will debut an animated Christmas special that tells the holiday story from the perspective of the tree.
