Weird Al Yankovic joins IFC’s Comedy Bang! Bang! as Scott Aukerman’s bandleader

First a Grammy Award, now this? Comedy Bang! Bang! indeed! IFC announced today that “Weird Al” Yankovic, the king of all musical satire and parody, reigning to this day as current holder of the Grammy Award of Comedy Album of the Year, has joined Scott Aukerman as the bandleader and co-host for Comedy Bang! Bang! Yankovic replaces Kid Cudi, who had replaced original musical/comedy partner Reggie Watts last year when Watts jumped to The Late Late Show with James Corden.
