Wes Anderson, Louis CK top WGA Awards for 2015

Wes Anderson and Louis CK won top prizes in comedy for movies and TV, respectively, at this past weekend’s Writers Guild Awards. Anderson took home best original screenplay for The Grand Budapest Hotel, where he’s also up for that award and others at this coming weekend’s Oscars. Louis CK, meanwhile, scored wins in both overall comedy TV series and best comedy TV episode for his most recent season of Louie on FX. In episodic comedy, many TV critics predicted correctly when it aired that the Louie episode “So Did The Fat Lady” would pull in plaudits come award season....
