Who decides who’s the best at using Twitter? Exactly. Nobody knows. Which means everybody can throw their proverbial hats into the three-ring social media circus and make their own proclamations. Sean Kent wins 2011 San Francisco Comedy Competition

Congratulations go out to Sean Kent, who has become the third stand-up comedian to win both the San Francisco and Seattle comedy competitions.
