First Dane Cook, now Doug Stanhope?!?! Louis CK is bringing in some big comedy guns for season two of his groundbreaking cinema verite TV series, Louie. From the title of this clip, it’d appear that Stanhope, unlike Cook, is not playing himself, but rather CK’s “old friend,” “Eddie.” Although he still has to have a car filled with porn. Obviously. TBS cancels “Lopez Tonight,” 21-month run ends Aug. 11, 2011

TBS announced today that it was canceling Lopez Tonight, the late-night vehicle for George Lopez that debuted in November 2009. For its 21-month-run, Lopez Tonight served as the only true successor to Arsenio Hall’s old late-night show on FOX, both in terms of energy and diversity.
