Jerry Seinfeld’s Beacon Theatre residency extends through 2019

Jerry Seinfeld will continue to book regular neighborhood gigs in 2019, as the comedy star has announced an extension of his monthly residency at the Beacon Theatre on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

Seinfeld’s arrangement with The Beacon first began in January 2016 and concluded in December 2017 with 36 sold-out performances.

The 2019 dates are as follows: Jan. 11, Feb. 8, March 14-15, April 4-5, May 3-4, and June 6-7, with performances at 7 and 9:30 p.m. on all 10 nights. Tickets are available now.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jerry Seinfeld back home to his neighborhood theater, The Beacon,” said Darren Pfeffer, executive vice president, MSG Live. “Jerry’s residency at The Beacon in 2016 and 2017 was ‘must-see’ entertainment and a colossal, sold-out success, and we expect the same demand in 2019. This is a chance to experience a true giant in comedy, someone who will deliver unforgettable – and hilarious – insight into what it means to be human, with that uniquely New York perspective.”

“There are certain theaters that make a performer and an audience feel very connected. For me, The Beacon is just it. That feeling is all I care about. I can’t wait to go back,” he said.
