The Janelle James Comedy Festival will replace annual Eugene Mirman fest in Brooklyn

Eugene Mirman has long flown the coop from Park Slope, and now, so too has his eponymous comedy festival. But he has bequeathed the Brooklyn comedy party to Janelle James.
