Roast Battle season three will happen on Comedy Central

Speaking of Roast Battle…

Comedy Central finally announced a renewal for season three of Roast Battle, which debuted as a live and tape-delayed tournament at Montreal’s Just For Laughs festival in 2016, followed quickly by a second season filmed in Hollywood.

It’ll get six new episodes with a new tournament of stand-ups facing off against one another later this summer.

“They say the line between love and hate is very thin. Roast Battle makes it nearly transparent,” said Kent Alterman, Comedy Central President.

Jeff Ross and Brian Moses will return as the host and the emcee/referee, respectively.

More details to come!
