SNL cast members start the show with their mothers for Mother’s Day 2018

By now, you’re well past used to seeing Saturday Night Live open cold at 11:30 p.m. Eastern with a political sketch lampooning Trump.

Not this Saturday night.

Instead, 10 cast members from SNL — Aidy Bryant, Kenan Thompson, Melissa Villaseñor, Mikey Day, Luke Null, Chris Redd, Kyle Mooney, Colin Jost, Beck Bennett and Pete Davidson — stood with their mothers to introduce them and allow them to make jokes at their and at the show’s expense. Happy Mother’s Day!

Roll it!
