John Mulaney hosted Saturday Night Live. Watch his monologue!

Forget about his live Mulvaney intro from Darrell Hammond (they fixed it in post!), stand-up comedian and former Saturday Night Live writer John Mulaney made a triumphant return to the sketch comedy showcase on April 14, 2018.

“Some of the best years of my life. To be hosting here is just surreal. I mean, I used to write monologues for the hosts,” he said. “And now I’m up here. I get to give the monologue.”

So in his monologue, Mulaney dished on some inside stuff, such as his favorite past hosts intros of musical guests. It’s Sir Patrick Stewart, with Salt N Pepa, by the way. Mulaney also joked about getting grumpy in his 30s. Times change. People change. Mulaney has changed. Good thing for all of us!
