Michelle Collins to host morning radio talk show for SiriusXM

Michelle Collins, comedian, talk show host and former co-host of The View, will host an uncensored daily show exclusively on SiriusXM’s Stars channel, starting this coming Monday morning, March 5, 2018.

The Michelle Collins Show will feature Collins’ interviews with celebrity guests, newsmakers, experts and reality TV stars. She’ll also take calls from listeners, share personal stories and talk hot topics, as it were. Listeners can hear The Michelle Collins Show live from 8 to 10 a.m. Eastern weekday mornings on SiriusXM’s Stars channel 109 and through the SiriusXM app on smartphones and other connected devices.

“I was ecstatic when I heard Michelle Collins was joining our SiriusXM family,” said SiriusXM host Jenny McCarthy, whose show follows Collins on the Stars channel. “She will quickly learn what I learned working here, which is she will no longer have to try to get her point of VIEW across in four words or less before being interrupted. The mic is hers and we want to hear what she has to say.  She is funny, intelligent, and loves to make fun of The Bachelor as much as I do, and I can’t think of a better lead in for me. Welcome home, Michelle.”

“Talking without interruption has been a childhood dream of mine,” Collins said. “And, having the freedom to do it at SiriusXM five days a week is that dream fulfilled. I want to get into the stuff that makes us tick – reality TV, online shopping addictions, dating, first-world problems and balancing those with more serious news and current events. Every morning on the Stars channel will be a new adventure fueled by my passion for almost everything.”

In addition to serving as a co-host for The View‘s 19th season on ABC, Collins also has continued to host ABC’s After Paradise, a live after-show for their hit summer franchise Bachelor In Paradise. She’s also hosted VH1’s Walk of Shame Shuttle, and Lifetime’s Date Night Live and Little Talk Live, her podcast “Edit That Out,” Vanity Fair‘s Oscar red carpet shows, and more.

SiriusXM subscribers can listen to The Michelle Collins Show on Stars channel 109, and those with streaming access can listen online, on-the-go with the SiriusXM mobile app and at home on a wide variety of connected devices including smart TVs, Amazon Alexa devices, Apple TV, PlayStation, Roku, Sonos speakers and more. 1. Michelle Collins please stop putting blame on the dog owner who’s dog died on the United flight. When you are a regular person, you have to do what they say. If there is turbulence, you can not get out of your seat. Did you see the Dr who was beaten or the Mom who was asaulted by the Steward? This is 100% the flight attendants fault. I was on a United Flight, very pregnant and had my 7 year old son with me. We had assigned seats, checked in early, followed all the rules. There were issues on the tarmac and we had to get off the plane for 1 hour. Came back and 2 women had taken our seats. No one would make them move. They wanted my son and I to sit seperate, far away from each other. I refused. They held the flight for over an hour, got the Air Marshal there, and they were upset with me, not the women who took our seats. Most of the passengers were upset with me and others sympothized. Finally a kind man and woman gave up their seats for us so I could have my son sit next to me. Had I not been pregnant, I’m sure they would have thrown me off the plane. They were very rude, and pushy. This is a tragedy. You obey their rules unfortunately. Tired of hearing you say that if she had “half a brain” …
