Grammy nominations for 2017 Comedy Album of the Year

For perhaps the first time ever (?), all of the Grammy nominees for Comedy Album of the Year are audio recordings from Netflix specials and/or a concert film.

One of the nominees, Dave Chappelle, is for TWO specials.

And you can start wondering if Louis CK sabotaged his own bid for another Grammy nod, too.

In the meantime, please congratulate this year’s comedy Grammy nominations. Winners announced Jan. 28, 2018, on CBS.

COMEDY ALBUM OF THE YEAR

  • Dave Chappelle, The Age Of Spin & Deep In The Heart Of Texas
  • Jim Gaffigan, Cinco
  • Jerry Seinfeld, Jerry Before Seinfeld
  • Sarah Silverman, A Speck of Dust
  • Kevin Hart, What Now?
