First sitcom for CBS All Access will be Funny or Die’s adaptation of Australian comedy, “No Activity”

CBS All Access, the streaming platform for CBS, has announced its first exclusive sitcom for the network, and it’s an adaptation of an Australian series made by the funny folks at Funny or Die. No Activity will premiere before the end of 2017, bracketing the two chapters of the first major CBS All Access series, Star Trek: Discovery. Kenan Thompson reuniting with “All That” producers for new sketch comedy vehicle for kids

Kenan Thompson was 15 when All That premiered on Nickelodeon in 1994. Now two decades and change later, Thompson (who now holds the record for longest-serving Saturday Night Live cast member) will reunite with the executives behind All That to front a new live-action sketch comedy show for even younger kids called Skoogle.
