Louis CK performing surprise show to benefit Acme Comedy Co. in Minneapolis

This just in: Louis CK is making an unscheduled extra stop on his stand-up tour in Minneapolis tonight.

As Acme Comedy Co. told fans in an email this afternoon: “Louis CK heard about the recent struggles with the construction around Acme Comedy Co. and wanted to help out. He reached out and tonight at 10pm there is a surprise show with 100% of the ticket sales going to the club.”

And just like that, it’s reportedly sold out.

CK already was booked to play the Target Center arena at 8 p.m. tonight.
