Comedy Central announces lineup for The Goddamn Comedy Jam special

The Goddamn Comedy Jam has been making the rounds of major North American comedy festivals for the past year (next stop: Bonnaroo!), and later this month, will film its first hourlong special for Comedy Central.

The Goddamn Comedy Jam TV special will feature Pete Davidson, Adam Devine, Jim Jefferies, Natasha Leggero and Jay Pharoah, and film June 21, 2016, at the Avalon in Hollywood. You can find info and free tickets here.

It airs later in 2016.

The format finds each comedian telling a funny story, and tying it somehow to a hit song, which he or she then belts out backed by host Josh Adam Meyers and The Goddamn Band.

The Goddamn Comedy Jam is an Ugly Brother Studios production directed by Joel Gallen. Executive produced by Gallen, Josh Adam Meyers and Mike and Tim Duffy. Jonas Larsen, Gary Mann and Ryan Moran are the Executives in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.
