Nick Griffin on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert

Nick Griffin has performed several times on the Ed Sullivan Theatre stage and the Late Show, but Friday marked his first performance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Griffin put a new spin on adulthood and what it means to be grown-up, observing: “It’s hard to be an adult…you’re just babysitting yourself all day…trying not to do the things you really want to do.” Now I understand why my mother goes to be so early now. Griffin’s note on rock concerts also reminds me how silly it is when the MC at the comedy club asks an audience if they’re ready for their headliner. Of course you are. So I’ll shut up.
