Flashback Friday: Ken Jeong made his TV debut as a stand-up on The View in 2001, Dr. Ken makes stand-up debut on ABC season finale

On tonight’s season finale of Dr. Ken on ABC, Ken Jeong’s title character makes his stand-up debut at the Laugh Factory.

In real life, Jeong made his TV debut on ABC’s The View, and this week he revisited the scene of the crime — where he won the show’s search for America’s Funniest Doctor back in 2001. One of The View‘s judges for that contest was Jeffrey Ross, and Ross brings it full circle by appearing in tonight’s episode of Dr. Ken, too.

Roll the clip, which includes scenes from all three of the aforementioned TV appearances.
