Larry Wilmore stars in “The People v. Bill Cosby” sketch for The Nightly Show

Larry Wilmore hasn’t shied away from telling his Comedy Central viewers exactly what he thinks of Bill Cosby. And on Tuesday night’s episode of The Nightly Show, Wilmore doubled down and then some. First he noted that Super Bowl 50 reminded him “that’s the number of women who have accused Bill Cosby of rape. That’s right, motherfuckers! I haven’t forgotten about you.”

Then he updated viewers on the ongoing judicial process surrounding Cosby, and how a new FX miniseries, “The People v. OJ Simpson” has prompted Wilmore to do his own version of Cos. He imagined himself as Cosby, huddled with his lawyers (with his writing staff playing Cosby’s defense team) planning strategy, yet still offering drinks.
