“Oh, Hello” George and Gil (John Mulaney and Nick Kroll) visit ABC’s “Bachelor: Live”

Whether it was allowing Amy Schumer and friends to take over an episode of The Bachelorette last year, or seeing enough episodes of The Hotwives on Hulu, the folks at ABC’s The Bachelor have finally acknowledged that their 20 seasons of matchmaking is more farce than fantasy.

On Monday night, they invited the “Oh, Hello” characters of Gil Faizon and George St. Geegland (aka comedians Nick Kroll and John Mulaney) onto their recap show, Bachelor: Live.

Paul F. Tompkins and Paget Brewster also joined the panel for the live primetime hour. But it was all about Gil and George and their #NewYorkValues.

Gil offered a rose to the love-seeking Lace.
