Brandon T. Jackson, DeRay Davis, Michael Blackson, Adam Hunter, Erik Rivera (and Lavell Crawford?) star in new Oxygen reality series, “Living With Funny”

In 2015, the Oxygen network brought us Funny Girls, a look at six women in stand-up comedy climbing the show-business ladder in Hollywood.

In 2016, Oxygen will bring us Living with Funny, examining six men in comedy in Hollywood — as well as the women in their lives — premiering Tuesday, March 29, 2016.

The half-hour reality series, announced a year ago with Brandon T. Jackson and his fiancée Denise Xavier, now has revealed the rest of the cast:

NOTE: Oxygen’s posters for the series also put Lavell Crawford (last seen stealing scenes on AMC’s Breaking Bad, but also before that finishing runner-up on NBC’s Last Comic Standing) in the center of Living With Funny. But the official press release didn’t list Crawford as a cast member. So stay tuned for more on that.

Produced by L. Plummer Media with Lemuel Plummer, Chris Costine and Brandon T. Jackson serving as Executive Producers.

The show’s official description says: “Cameras will follow the howling tale of what happens when these funnymen drop the mic and come home to their family, friends and significant others. Because when you are a comedian, the jokes don’t stop just because the show does.”

Esquire’s TV network also was supposed to unveil a complementary series using footage from the same team, called Comedians of L.A., that would focus just on the men and their careers. But Esquire’s turn at the TV Critics Association conference Thursday — which included video teases of multiple new series — did not include a start date or video for Comedians of L.A.
