See some of Seeso in a monthlong beta sneak peek in December 2015

Seeso, the new ad-free pay comedy streaming service set to launch in January 2016, will offer a web-only sneak peek in beta mode for December 2015.

Free beta mode previews of Seeso are first-come, first-served, so get on it if you want to get down on it!

When the streaming platform goes live next year, it’ll cost you $3.99 per month for access to Seeso’s collection of classic archives and brand-new stand-up, sketch and sitcom programming.

Roll the teaser trailer!

Seeso, a comedy offshoot of NBCUniversal Digital Enterprises, includes classics such as Monty Python, Kids in the Hall, Saturday Night Live, 30 Rock, Fawlty Towers, Parks and Recreation, The IT Crowd, The Mighty Boosh, both the US and UK versions of The Office, and full episodes of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and Late Night with Seth Meyers.

The web-only beta model of Seeso goes live on Dec. 3, 2015, and five nights later, on Dec. 8, Seeso will livestream a stand-up special, The Guest List: Live From The Barrel House, with performances from this year’s Last Comic Standing winner Clayton English and finalists Ian Bagg, Andy Erikson and Michael Palascak.

And if you want to see tapings in New York City of two other Seeso series, you can do that live and in person this week and next month!

I attended the first two tapings last night of What’s Your F#@king Deal?!, hosted by Big Jay Oakerson and Ardie Fuqua, featuring all crowd work from comedians the likes of Colin Quinn, Hannibal Buress, Jessica Kirson, Joe DeRosa, Mark Normand, Andy Kindler and James Adomian (as presidential candidate Bernie Sanders!). Tapings continue tonight through Wednesday at The Bitter End. Go to Laughstub for ticket info and reservations.

In December, Littlefield in Brooklyn will host three nights of tapings for showcases of Night Train with Wyatt Cenac. Go to Ticketfly for ticket info and reservations.
