The Comic’s Comic presents “Last Things First,” a new podcast. Pilot episode: Live from Comedy Central’s 2015 Night of Too Many Stars

Robert Smigel and Jon Stewart once again have assembled a great collection of comedians, comedic actors and funny people to help raise money for programs that support families with autism. It’s called Night of Too Many Stars and has raised more than $18 million since 2006. I’ve already detailed at least 15 reasons to tune in to tonight’s broadcast when it premieres on Comedy Central at 8 p.m. EDT/PDT.

And now, this.

The Comic’s Comic is proud to finally present the pilot episode of what will be an ongoing podcast series, Last Things First, which will go in-depth with comedians in one-on-one interviews, talking with them about the historic firsts and lasts in their lives and careers as they’ve blossomed into the funny people you love today. Consider this just a tease of what’s to come, as I grabbed a few moments on the red carpet for Night of Too Many Stars with Weird Al Yankovic, Gilbert Gottfried, Amy Schumer, Rachel Feinstein, Bill Nye the Science Guy and Jim Gaffigan. Give it a listen. Really hope you enjoy it and are as excited for what’s to come as I am.

Roll it!
