UCB1 catches people who wave at TV news cameras

This should be required viewing by everyone, and shown in orientation for every TV news reporter and camera crew.

Why do people feel the need to wave or make fools of themselves in the background of a live TV news report? Who are they? In this UCB1 report from UCB Comedy, they decided to have fun with the concept and pull of a “sting operation” and play gotcha with these people in New York City. Whether it’s real or staged is moot. It’s just plain necessary. It’s also quite funny.

As seen last night during the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre’s annual “I’m Cool” showcases.

That clip featured Matt Fisher, Moujan Zolfaghari, Matthew Starr, was written by Starr and directed by Daniel DeLorenzo.
