The long tracking shot from “Charlie Work” episode of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia

In case you missed it, last week’s episode of FXX’s It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia — Episode #108, “Charlie Work,” — featured a long tracking shot with subtle and not-so-subtle winks to both Birdman and True Dectective. Plus live chickens, dead steak, a power outage, a topless Danny DeVito and plenty more, as Charlie tries to get the gang all on the same page so they can survive an impromptu health inspection of Paddy’s Pub.

Roll the clip!

Directed by Matt Shakman.
