Jimmy Kimmel Live returning to Austin for SXSW week in 2015

Jimmy Kimmel and company enjoyed Austin and SXSW so much they’ve already booked a return trip for 2015!

“We had so much fun in Austin last year, we’re doing it again. This time we might never come back,” Kimmel said.

ABC announced today Jimmy Kimmel Live will broadcast five nights, March 16-20, from The Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long Center for the Performing Arts in Austin during the 29th annual South by Southwest SXSW Festival.

Last year’s SXSW Kimmels welcomed guests Lady Gaga, Seth Rogen, Snoop Dogg, Rosario Dawson, Gov. Rick Perry, Robert Duvall, Lil Wayne and Willie Nelson along with musical guests Aloe Blacc, White Denim, Damon Albarn and The Preatures — and Austin Mayor Lee Leffingwell declared March 14, 2014, as the city’s official “Jimmy Kimmel Day.”
