SNL cast’s goodbye and good luck video for Seth Meyers

Seth Meyers still works on the same floor of 30 Rockefeller Plaza as Saturday Night Live, but for the first time since 2001, he’s not working on SNL any longer.

So it’s not goodbye so much as it is good luck, as his SNL castmates paid tribute to their former boss — he was their Head Writer, after all — in this video made during Seth’s last week on the show at the beginning of February. NBC just shared it with all of us now — so now, here are kind words from Bobby Moynihan, Taran Killam, Nasim Pedrad, Vanessa Bayer, Jay Pharoah, and rookies Beck Bennett, Kyle Mooney, John Milhiser, Mike O’Brien, Noel Wells, Sasheer Zamata and Brooks Wheelan. Plus Weekend Update writers Pete Schultz, Josh Patten, Katie Rich. Roll it.

And look! It’s a first look at Late Night with Seth Meyers, which starts on Monday.
