Reggie Watts makes ’em up for “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” but also is “Never Gonna Give You Up”

Reggie Watts performed on Thursday night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, and as Kimmel introduced, made up a song on the spot.

That’s kinda his thing.

Roll it. This is called “Yew-eeee Blues.”

But Watts also can perform and record songs with lyrics you can sing along to. Case in point. Earlier this week, for YouTube’s Comedy Week, Watts debuted a music video that covers in both music and moving picture the 1980s Rick Astley hit (and 2000s YouTube RickRolling hit), “Never Gonna Give You Up.” This is “Reg Rolling.”

Enjoy!

The tie that binds this all together is Daniel Kellison, who co-founded Jackhole, Kimmel’s production company with Adam Carolla, as well as the JASH YouTube channel that counts Watts as a co-founding contributor.
