Arnold Schwarzenegger joins YouTubers to promote YouTube’s first-ever “Comedy Week”

When you think of YouTube and comedy, you’re not usually looking for an Arnold Schwarzenegger impersonation, but maybe you’re looking for a supercut of Ahnold being Ahnold. How about a promotional video by him for YouTube Comedy Week?

That’s served up right here hot and fresh overnight and ready for you this morning!

The bodybuilder from Austria who became an action movie star and eventually the governor of California is now lending his public image to promote YouTube’s first-ever Comedy Week, which happens May 19-25, 2013. Nobody has explained fully how next week in comedy videos on YouTube will look or otherwise have any substantive differences from this week or the week after next. But that’s not important right now.

This is? Take it away, Ahnold! (Note: This was written by comedians Sean O’Connor and Danny Solomon for the JASH channel)

And YouTube does what YouTubers do, including links to behind-the-scenes video, subscribe buttons and annotations to add another 30 seconds or so, regardless of any pre-roll advertising. The future is now. Resistance is futile.

So here is behind-the-scenes footage from Grace Helbig, the Epic Meal Time guys, Good Neighbor and Nathan Barnatt.
