Dan Ahdoot takes on Metta World Peace, after being intro’d by him

One is a professional stand-up comedian who also is an aspiring actor. The other is a professional basketball player who also is an aspiring comedian. What happens when the two cross paths?

Ron Artest, the NBA player currently suiting up for the Los Angeles Lakers under the legally-changed moniker Metta World Peace, hosted a recent show at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood. After introducing Dan Ahdoot to the stage, Ahdoot quickly turned the tables on his host, poking fun at Artest’s name change as a segue into his opening bit.
