Gina Brillon, Jon Laster win one-year holding deals with NBCUniversal through 2012’s Stand-Up For Diversity

Congrats go out to Gina Brillon and Jon Laster, who each has earned a one-year talent holding deal with NBCUniversal for winning 2012’s NBC Stand-Up For Diversity talent search.

Jon Laster is from Denver but moved to NYC after college to pursue his stand-up career.

Previous alumni from the NBC Stand-Up For Diversity search include Tone Bell (2011 winner, on cast of Whitney), Sheng Wang (2010 winner), Kevin Shea (2009 winner), Eric Andre (2006 finalist), Hannibal Buress and W. Kamau Bell (2005 finalists) and Deon Cole (2004 finalist). Audition dates for the 2013 program have not yet been announced.
