Arrested Development offers “walk-on” roles for fans in contest for new Netflix season

As Arrested Development‘s reunion becomes realer than real with production on a new season for Netflix, the cult favorite sitcom has announced a contest offering six “walk-on” roles for their fans. Would you like to walk on camera during one of the new episodes?

Says show creator Mitch Hurwitz: “The Bluths have walked on so many people we thought it was only fair to let a few fans walk on them. Come see behind-the-scenes and for God’s sake, please don’t touch anything!”

Here’s Michael Cera in the briefest of possibly possible promos for the promotion.

Now for the official rules.

  • Show that you deserve a walk-on role by creating an original piece of Arrested Development content. Entries can be videos (less than 2 minutes), photos, artwork, essays and more. “We’re looking for entries that are the most creative, unique and relevant to the show.”
  • Post your entry on Instagram, Tumblr or Twitter with the hashtag #BluthWalkOn by October 16th to enter.

Six fans will win trips to Los Angeles to see the show up close and personal like. Must be 18 or older and live in the lower 48 U.S. states. More info at You’re Gonna Get Some Walk-Ons. Dot com!
