Tropical Storm Luther, President Obama’s angry translator, pounds RNC, DNC

The Republican National Convention, delayed by Tropical Storm Luther’s path through the Gulf of Mexico and past the coast of Tampa as an impending hurricane, should restart officially tonight.

President Obama’s “angry translator,” Luther — as portrayed by Keegan-Michael Key in this recurring sketch from the Comedy Central series Key & Peele — has a message for the RNC. He’s a bit of hurricane himself. Oh, and if you’re worried about equal time, then don’t worry. Because Luther has some angry birds to throw at the Democrats as well on behalf of his Obama (Jordan Peele).

Roll the clip.

The second season of Key & Peele begins Sept. 26, 2012, on Comedy Central.
