Just For Laughs Montreal adds new galas, shows, Zoofest 2012 acts

The dance card is almost full for July’s 30th annual Just For Laughs Montreal comedy festival, as the fest rolled out lineups for its one-person shows at Zoofest, as well as adding multiple Galas and shows. You can see what shows already were announced at put up for sale for the 30th annual Just For Laughs Montreal here.

Added to that existing lineup…

NEW GALAS

  • Joel McHale (Community, The Soup) hosts on July 28.
  • Howie Mandel, July 28.
  • John Pinette added a second gala on July 25, with special guest Tommy Tiernan.

TV SHOWCASE

  • Jeremy Hotz, a Montreal festival favorite, hosts a TV showcase at Club Soda on July 23.

ADDED SHOWS

  • Bob’s Burgers LIVE!, July 27, with creator Loren Bouchard and cast members H. Jon Benjamin, Dan Mintz, Eugene Mirman, John Roberts and Kristen Schaal for a special live table read of their hit Fox animated series, followed by a Q&A session with audience members.

ZOOFEST

Launched a couple of years ago, JFL created ZOOFEST as a way to split off the one-person shows and more alternative showcases in more affordable packages for comedy consumers.
